      - Amazing work groups consisting of many talented and diverse individuals; this is truly a team to be proud of. - Laid back, friendly, inviting, and collaborative work atmosphere. - Management is always appreciative of the work their employees do and they give their thanks directly. Never underestimate the power of a small thank you and employee recognition/acknowledgement, as it goes a long way in promoting a work environment in which employees feel valued and appreciated! Nutrien has been exceptional so far at this. Bravo! - Positive work culture. People seem genuinely happy to be working for this company on all fronts. - Lots of areas of opportunity for employees to thrive in their long-term career development.
