The benefits and wages provided are industry competitive and fair. This company's main focus, besides producing and distributing agricultural products throughout the world, is to work safely and for everyone to go home safe each and every day. This attitude is shown right from the CEO, down to the site management and workers.
Cons
This job and site is not for everybody. The working conditions can be challenging at times, varying with the areas on site and seasonal temperatures. You can be working in hot and dusty environments shoveling, then go to standing in brine with slurry spraying on top of you while trying to patch a leak or get a piece of equipment running again. This job is both physically and mentally demanding , and you have to be ready for anything.
