      Pros

      Nutrien has a huge global reach that can be utilized on local level for business growth. They also have resources that a lot of companies don't have and can't have.

      Cons

      Nutrien was not organized in the onboarding process from my experience and therefore it was extremely clunky and a large time consumer. It has been extremely hard to track down who is who and where to go for seed treatment specific resources.

      Pros

      Good company to work for. A lot of training resources at your disposal. Good culture & safety is very important. At times can be very busy and a high stress environment but overall is a good place to be at.

      Cons

      Limited training when first starting, company programs can be hard to understand and navigate through.
