Pros

Stable company Good benefit package Wide variety of products for my growers

Cons

*Overworked and understaffed from Plant Manager to Part-Time help *Company has completely lost it's 'customer first' focus *Policies and solutions are always top-down oriented - never any advice or feedback taken seriously from the field - managed by those who have zero experience in the ag retail world *Extremely high turnover rate - do not invest in our employees long term *By far the worst training/onboarding process for a company of our size *Constant disconnect between the branches that make the $ and the corporate office that are supposed to support & help us

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is important and will be shared with those who can impact change in your area. Our company has seen exponential growth over the past three to five years, and with growth comes change and the need for change management. While we put every effort into ensuring each of our over 1,700 branches are well taken care of, our size means we have to rely on leadership in these branches to bring concerns and solutions forward. You’ve raised some valid points that should be brought to your leader. If you feel your concerns are not being addressed with your leader, you should feel free to contact your Executive Vice President directly. Listening to employee feedback is important and how we get better as an organization. We recognize our retail branches are Nutrien’s voice with our customers, and your input is invaluable. If you’d like to provide more feedback, please send us a note at yourvoice@nutrien.com.

Thank you for your review of our St. Paul retail branch, and your thoughts on Nutrien as a whole. We believe in open communication at all our facilities. If you feel as though your location could make improvements or changes to run more efficiently, you should feel empowered to bring your ideas to your supervisor. Similarly, we encourage our supervisors to be receptive to employee feedback and make changes where necessary. Nutrien expects all employees to behave ethically, following accepted professional standards of conduct, policies and procedures. We’re pleased to hear communication with staff in our Loveland corporate office is excellent, and that other Retail branches have been helpful to you.
