Nutrien is a great place to work, great leaders and awesome coworkers. Benefits are great including a generous 401k match.

Cons

Lots of recent org changes but once the new structure is in place there shouldn’t be much more moving around.

Once out of training your promotions are based on hours of OJT and structured training. Your crew will look out for you depending on what department you go to and how you act as a person.
