Pros

Company is genuinely interested in safety and health of employees. Also trying to be inclusive and diverse. Good pay and benefits. Management has started to try to increase head count to reduce overtime and stress.

Cons

Although they do care about health and well-being of employees, there is a tendency to run too lean on staffing. Many people are filling multiple roles, leading to burn-out and turn-over, which leads to more burn-out and turn-over.

Pros

Career mentoring, career planning, project opportunities, transparent leadership, and great benefits. Nutrien has been a great place to work during the pandemic - everyone had the opportunity to work from home

Cons

Transferring from one IT group to another for career mobility is very difficult - very easy to be pigeon holed into a career field with limited growth opportunities
