Pros
Nice patient people. Job advancement possibilities. Up to date equipment. And a growing company. Plus I like that Nutrien acknowledges milestone years of service with letters of thanks and a year number plaque and a thank you gift for years of service.
Cons
Would like if pay would reflect years of service as well as experience. With inflation and not too many people wanting a manual job, rumor has it starting pay is close to what the seasoned workers make. That being said I think I am treated fairly.
