Pros

Very good pay! 12 hour shifts, so we really only work 14 days a month. Better than average benefits for the area. Experience will transfer to another job with similar requirements.

Cons

This is a male led plant/position. of the roughly 40 operators, theres usually only 2 females actually working on plant. Needs of females, for example privacy, are not remedied quickly. A large majority of the males aren't used to working with females in that type of environment and are hesitant to do such, acting differently around a female than they would a male.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your review. We are disappointed to hear about your experience. We want you to know that a capital project is scheduled to create designated, gender-specific locker rooms at our operating site; a small, but meaningful step in creating inclusive and diverse working teams. In addition to our unconscious bias program, a variety of equity, diversity, and inclusion training is currently in development that will be available and included in curriculum offerings. Finally, we agree with your comment that any employee, regardless of gender, race, sexual preference, etc., should have their concerns addressed in a timely way. However, if this isn’t happening, we encourage you to speak with a member of HR, the Legal department, or the Integrity Group. Or, you may use the Compliance Hotline, an online and phone-based reporting tool managed by a third party, where people can raise concerns, anonymously if desired, regarding any behaviors that appear inconsistent with our Code of Ethics.

Pros

-large company -relatively stable -good benefits -lots of locations -large product offering of all brands and varieties -newer facilities at retail -heavy focus on safety

Cons

-no real strategy in place to grow the business -weak employees seem to be promoted and kept - employee turnover is huge, right now there are 45 jobs unfilled - company culture is depressing. No kind of motivational or inspirational events to make employees feel like part of a progressive team. - everyone is left to themselves to train and learn about company systems and processes. - all focus is on margins and share value with little to no focus on the customers.

Pros

Amazing benefits, great experience, lots of opportunity, good pay and incentive If they allow wprk from home it creates a great work life balance. But if they push for everyone to go back to the office the balance is not existent. You will work 12 hour days and go home exhausted.

Cons

The new CEO doesn't listen to the employees. When you have entry level up to director level saying that working from home is working better for their teams, you should really listen and stop forcing your power trip. Pushing everyone back into the office immediately, after 16 mo of telling us it will be a slow transition has caused a lot of frustration. Add in the "Finance Transformation", constant projects and competing priorities and you are creating a hostile work environment for good employees.
