      The 'Digital' org screens for really smart team players who are a joy to work with.

      Cons

      High turnover at the senior/leadership level has led to lack of clarity, reduced product focus. Their lack of transparency has reduced trust.

      -Great people here who believe in doing the right thing -The safety culture is great, and getting better all the time -Important work / mission / purpose -The company has some great pockets of innovation and it will be very exciting to see what happens here in the next few years

      Cons

      -Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is tough in a company that is very homogenous. There's a long way to go, but to its credit, Nutrien is working on it. -Change is constant especially in the corporate functions. If you can't roll with it, this is not the place for you. -The workload is frankly unsustainable with current resourcing. The leaders know it, but don't actually "get it"
