      Pros

      Pros are the mangers are so bad they drink all day and are to busy being hammered they don’t pay attention to what your doing all day so they won’t bother you

      Cons

      They won’t give you a raise , so don’t ask for one, they don’t appreciate they’re workers so don’t expect anything from them and they take care of the office admins better than the actual people doing the hard work

      Pros

      If you show up and do the work asked then you will be rewarded for your efforts. The company has a great 401k match. Good work life balance with encouragement on people attending life events with their family. A few of the leaders really are great

      Cons

      There are many layers managers and departments that will block the ability to make a positive impact. It seems as though director level leaders are more interested in getting resources for themselves as opposed to having a plan to be effective. It is very rare that a director level individual want to or make a positive impact with the resources given them. This puts up roadblocks for career growth
