      Pros

      Job security and great location, awesome schedule. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Benefits not as good as elsewhere anymore, used to be way better. No shift differential for night shift. Expect a lot out of you without any extra pay when taking on step out roles or additional projects. Reduced vacation thresholds, used to be able to get 240 hours vacation after 16 years of service.

      Fair pay, fair benefits, and excellent schedule

      Cons

      Very busy, continuous maintenance and new problems arising. Older plant with lots of upgrades/changes/Improvements. Very stressful and complicated process all connected together with 3 different control panels all in one room. All Operators need to run a control panel to earn top wage and learn and operate a minimim of 4 Units to max 10 Units.
