Company Vehicle, Private Health Care, Monday - Friday occasionally late shifts. Saturdays every 3 months

Cons

Narrow role. Busy, juggling appointments, new jobs coming in answering phone and emails whilst mobile. A lot of driving.

Good all-round employer. People-focused with good TLD opportunities. Promotes from within, passionate employees who actually care about the cause. Good work-life balance with flexible working. Good management team who are capable of driving the organisation.

Cons

Location: Trowbridge isn't very central. Aside from this, difficult to flaw. Business model is rather complex and takes a little while to get to grips with.

Good products!!!!!! That is it unfortunately. Nothing else. If you want to be treated like the dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe for doing your work then this is your place. If you like to work with a management team who lies then this is your place.

Cons

Management. Lack of solid leadership. Very high school and cliquish. Absolutely no professionalism. A lot of lies and covering up. The most unethical organization I have ever been a part of.
