      Pros

      Nubank has a great balance between work, life quality and remuneration. I love to work here and I see a world of opportunities since you are able to switch areas if you want and has an organized career developing. I love the way of work and the home office part with some weeks of office work, Until now it is still a dream job which I have pleasure to make part of.

      Cons

      Your experience can be different depending of which area you are, it could be more standardized the culture, career leveling and and relationship between the teams. Also some areas are more segregated than others, mainly the horizontal ones.
