      Good salary; Collaborative colleagues (in lower levels);

      Cons

      Unprepared leadership; Poor performance evaluation system (do what you are told to and don't question anything or else you will be poorly evaluated); No real customer-centricity - short term financial results are the only important thing; Poor support for newcomers; A lot of pressure, even to new empolyees during a pandemic with a transition to home office;

      - nice office - good hardware - pet friendly office

      Cons

      - salary - no career development at all - suspicious promotions related to how close you are to your leader, not your performance - some jobs are seen as inferior and people will treat you as such - fake culture that only applies to linkedin posts, when in reality people are crying in the bathrooms

      Pros

      Growing really fast with some great talent not only in engineering but on all teams. Really making a difference in the financial market in Brazil today, and with great potential to scale that influence to other countries. Lots of challenges and problems to be solved, with great learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Still has a lot to learn as a company towards organizational structure, priorities, and methods. As an employee, you will have to learn fast and be open to new challenges, even if that means stepping out of your comfort zone (be it programming language, work environment, etc..)
