Pros

It has good opportunities to rotate to other teams and learn new things in your chapter, in this case, analytics. But applied to different topics

Cons

Sometimes work-life balance is not the best

Pros

- big company in Latam - Great compensation and really competitive (the best topic of pros) - High tech with the most updated in the marketing, which is great to learn tech - Professionals are very smart, as everybody need to learn fast - founder ( David) very good with business acumen and drivers

Cons

- The work environment can be quite toxic in some areas, particularly among senior professionals (ICs and managers) and in larger business units. Teams like Data (AEs, MLE, DS) and BAs are especially affected, while Engineering is the only team with consistent C-level support. - The absence of clear structure and effective leadership often leads to internal competition and subtle efforts to overshadow others at senior levels. - Leadership frequently avoids accountability, takes credit for results, and protects itself, while those actually solving problems may face instability (potential targets for layoffs). - Career growth tends to favor predominantly white, male, privileged profiles, often early hires (most tenured ones), sometimes with limited diversity beyond occasional LGBTQ+ representation. - Company values are more genuinely embraced by newer employees, while long-tenured staff often fall short of upholding them. - Layoffs are not communicated transparently (internally or externally). Joining the company means accepting a level of uncertainty, especially during business unit changes, which are frequent, particularly in larger teams.

Pros

Working at Nubank has been a truly rewarding experience that has positively shaped my professional journey. What inspires me most is the company’s clear purpose and the real impact our work has on people’s lives. It’s motivating to feel that what we do matters — and that every contribution, no matter the size, is valued and recognized. What keeps me here is the collaborative environment and the strong sense of mutual respect. I have space to grow, learn, and be myself. I’m regularly challenged in ways that help me develop, and I always feel supported by my team and leadership. Having autonomy in my day-to-day work makes a big difference. The company culture is present in our everyday actions. It’s not just about stated values — it shows up in how we communicate, face challenges, and celebrate achievements. There’s a true sense of empathy, openness, and shared purpose that makes this a positive and motivating place to work. I’m proud to be part of this team and excited about what lies ahead.

Cons

I'm very satisfied, I have no points to declare here
