      Pros

      Fast - paced eviorment, multicultural team.

      Cons

      A lot of difference of being a direct employee vs a contractor, company makes huge difference about that, if you don't live in the city where the company has offices don't expect to be direct employee, so you can't have equity or access to any perks at the company. Company has super poor remote policy.
