      High level analysis, sophisticated analytical tools and programming languages. Flexible work (you can work from home, from the office, etc)

      Cons

      A little too much bureaucracy, really subjective criteria for promotions. Company has a strong political bias inside, although it is not explicitly shown for the outside eyes
