-5star hotel experience -works on soft skill development -has good working hours as of the recent practices -has guided program

Cons

- political stara overseeds the good parts on most days - the brand goes through restructuring frequently and loses good talent, in some cases the hr wasn't as receptive to understanding problems or challenges

Discounted hotel stays, decent tips

Cons

High stress, no support from management, poorly organized, no flexibility for time off, running a skeleton crew day in and day out. Management also tolerated bigotry directed toward staff members, which is a huge no-no for me.
