Quite a relaxed environment, food available 3 times a day. Always understaffed so everyone is running around busy so less chances of someone being all the time on your head. Busy most time of the year, time goes fast. Overall slightly better than other brands. 2 free weekend or weekdays every 6 months in any Accor property in UK or Europe. Team parties with good rewards:again 2 nights stay somewhere in Europe
Cons
Always understaffed, often wrong people in charge. If you're French or British..you'll be viewed favourably...coming from other parts of the world you have to try harder and when it comes to recognition...it won't happen. Redundancy process "very fair"...majority French/English speaking staff left. Not much work life balance: 0 hour contract as everywhere else...dry spells of cutting many hours followed by last minute "Do you want to work?" combined with times with way too much overtime "Get it now while is still possible"
