Solid hours, schedule is usually set No closing and opening next day shifts, part of company policy Most of the other staff were kind Tips from room service and splits are more than hourly wage.

Cons

Some scenarios you are only working alone and tasks can pile up You don't make us much during the off season as events are not often scheduled
