Shift work - if you cannot handle shift work hours, I would not recommend it.

The staff are all really nice and helpful. If you are willing to learn, for the most part you will be able to learn and grow into a new role.

Cons

You won't always have the necessary information or resources to correctly do your job. This can be particularly challenging when trying to resolve an issue with a guest.
