Fairly relaxed culture. Management is professional yet able to banter and have fun chats. Easy to get to know co-workers

Cons

Rostering is often inconsistent and it's hard to tell how many hours you might receive.

Novotel was an amazing place for my internship. I worked in corporate events and human resources. It really opened my eyes to the behind the scenes of a hotel. Everyone is very friendly and care a lot about their jobs. Novotels Peopleology training is inspiring. What a great way to get everyone on the same page and excited about working

Cons

Working in a basement with no windows was a bit difficult.

Good exposure for an internee. Exposure is given in all the major departments and you are given a chance to directly interact with the customers rather than work in the back-end. The staff is also very friendly and supportive.

Cons

High working hours. stipend is less.w
