Very good pay! You can work with different cultures and visit different countries.

Cons

Very Political, doesn't matter who you are, just who you know. The company values (TEO) just applies to part of the team.

Hive mentality instruction a la Herbalife/Amway. No career opportunities if you're not Brazilian. Corrupt deals with shady government officials. Indicted CEO. Need I say more?
