      Decentralized company with a theoretical culture very interesting and aligned with contemporary management trends.

      Cons

      Unskilled Leadership and strong inner nepotism. On the other hand of a very developed theoretical culture, the actual leadership does not give the proper value to teamwork and it is not trustable.

      professional supervisors. people are good to work with. different types of jobs and when they have a lot of work you get overtime.

      Cons

      rainouts, not keeping up maintenance on equipment. poor training of operators. supervisors not listening to employees complaints. foreman's overloaded on job sites.
