      Company gives a lot of responsibility and if you are up for the challenge you are able to grow quickly within the firm. There are a lot of great leaders in the company that will support you and allow you to grow in the company.

      You are in a cyclical business so you have to be aware of the ups and downs and prepare yourself for it.
