      Pros

      Lean structure with great opportunities to involve in different facets of the business.

      Cons

      Lack of resources to do the work required, lack of mentoring for career development, incompetent and inexperience management team, only a few strong leaders.

      Pros

      - Opportunity to be enterpreneurial. You can make a visible difference (but you have to be resilient) - Recognition of achievements. - Support work life balance. - Some really great people.

      Cons

      - It is not what it says on the lable. It is neither a pharmaceutical nor an FMCG company. Lot of young, dynamic FMCG people brought in, who want to leave the co. after a very short time. They got frustrated by the slow pace and the attitude of some departments which are still dominated by old pieces of furniture. - It can be a bit too ad hoc at times. - Some poor managers.

      Benefits, salary, company car, competent reps to work with.

      Cons

      Sales tracking data is questionable. Management likes to keep reps in the closet regarding their future, and the future of the companies various divisions.
