Good pipeline, usually good managment team, locally.

Cons

Loss of work life balance lost. Created too many sales positions over the years and now Novartis and the industry are paying for it by offices locking out reps.

Medical was a great place to work.

Pros

Medical was a great place to work. The team atmosphere was wonderful, even with the vast geographies. Annick and Lidia were a pleasure to report to. They were supportive of all ideas and really went to bat for the MSLs at senior management meetings.

Cons

The firewall between Medical and Marketing/sales, although necessary, made some aspects of doing business difficult. The lack of communication between the silos was frustrating when it came to dealings with customers.
