      Slowly turning into an average company.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Some smart coworkers. Pay is above average. The 401k match is excellent. Great to have a company car.

      Cons

      Management now treats all the employees like they are a number and no longer a person. It used to be a much warmer company. The company cars are now 4 cylinder compacts that can hardly get out of their own way. There is a stunning lack of information from senior management. They badly bungled the launch of the last few products and the pod system has resulted in too little accountability.

      Pros

      The salary and benefits are very good which makes it hard to leave. I have enjoyed the territory I have had over the past several years.

      Cons

      When I came here they were calling themselves a launch machine. During my career they have been unable to bring many products to market.
