It was a very good company in many respects

Pros

They tried to develop their employees to their potential. They offered extensive training to achieve those goals. They strived to be Best in Class with the other companies. Most recently, they have changed their model to accommodate the changing market and customer needs. The reps are very happy to have management that is finally not pushing canned phrases down customers throats!

Cons

Still a big company that talks more about change than actually implements the change they talk aboout.

Somehow the pharmacutical industry is safe & very irrseponsive to external changes & circumistances & the compansation is good there

Cons

Novartis is not a good career provider, they need you to just work & it is not important to learn
