If you are a hard worker who is seeking a promising future and a good career path then Novartis is the place. If you are seeking a dynamic culture where your learning and development never ends, then Novartis it is.

Cons

You have to be able to work under stress..seriously. To have a sense of urgency because Novartis is know to be a stressful culture and works with very tight deadlines most of the time. You have to get a strong CNS to survive. LOL
