      Good work life balance, good learning opportunities.

      Cons

      No growth, only few gets the opportunity to navigate thier careers, rest are struck. Perception plays a big role in career movement than actual performance. Management is keen to spend money on vendor solution than promoting internal initiatives. People work for immediate boss than to overall organization benefits.

      Lots of popular food varieties. Fully air conditioned and led lit office buildings.

      Cons

      My experience from 2013 - 2015: Manager not connected in org chart has huge say in your appraisal. No systematic approach for performance evaluation. Physical abuse by seniors on the pretext of playing outdoor sports. Personal life interference by managers. Team events with seemingly unlimited alcohol and food.
