Lots of room for growth, ever-changing environment allows for frequent changes in your responsibilities so it's never boring, beautiful campus, great restaurants on campus, great perks, company catering is awesome and lots of events with food, great fitness center, awesome MBA program partnership with FDU, people who work here are generally great people, salaries higher than in other industries for the same position

Work-life balance can be non-existent depending on what role/team you are in, lay-offs and reorgs are frequent
