Overall Great Benefits. Generous time off. Holiday company shutdown Christmas-New Year. Good work / time off balance. Work well with co-workers and ARM's.

Cons

Poor Management. Very low morale in PSC Care Navigator role. Management does not listen to your concerns and ignore feedback. Issues are not taken seriously and are unjustly terminated due to poor management. Dead end job and no chance for promotion or advancement. They set unrealistic expectations for job performance. Set up for failure. Supervisors do NOT fight for you. You are on your own.
