I worked for Norwegian air through a 3rd party company here in Riga. We had an amazing team, with an amazing manager and incredible work environment

Cons

The entire department was let go due to Covid-19. The reason why I'm leaving a negative review is because this company received massive grants from the Norwegian government so we were assured that our jobs would be safe because of this. Even despite all of this, someone in the central Oslo office decided to let us go to "Save costs" even though the salaries here in Latvia are many times lower than in Norway. The company saved pennies and completely annihilated the team and the project.
