People, people, people. Made so many lifelong friends - amazing colleagues. Looking back I have so many fond memories, however this is purely due to the workforce.

Cons

Extremely disorganised, constantly having to adapt and compromise, nothing is ever simple, lots of grey areas, lied to and kept in the dark.
