Fantastic and fun work environment with lovely helpful people and strong sense of community Great place to kick off your career with flexibility around working hours and working on what you're interested in Staff travel on new aircraft

Cons

No pay cuts among senior management during COVID while thousands furloughed Anyone can get promoted if they stay long enough even if they are not suitable (can be both good and bad I suppose) Workload is not distributed well, and you get almost no recognition if you are not based in Oslo
