The office is supposed to be english speaking, but many management members speak pidgin english at best, as do management in Norway. This can result in absolutely maddeningly poor levels of communication on a day to day basis.

WORST company ever, if you aren't scandinavian, or as* lick*er you will never achieve anything

Cons

wake up early, woke up late, work long days, for no recognition, the company bails out on you if you have any issue.
