Due to economic problems the company has been downsized to few aircraft and bases.

Good amount of rest on layovers, fun trips, mostly great crew to work with, nice flow of service and long crew rests

Cons

Sometimes variable schedule, sleep schedule, rigid time off or coverage, being asked to go above and beyond then not being appreciated for it.
