Only staff ticket is the advantage

Cons

Pay is minimum Staff ticket are only standby No annual bonus on the contract 8 days off/month so you are not really living at your home Roster trip up to 11 days A lot of stanbys (10 ish/month) and you have to be at the airport in 90 min Passive flights are not count on duty flight time Payroll are wrong every month without explanation Only 24h ish rest between 2 flights No uniform pressing No shuttle from home lr to home if your flight is early in the morning or late and there are no public transportation
