Pros
International travel, great co-workers, good company values, lots of potential for growth, good rosters right out of training, not a lot of micromanagement. The company is growing rapidly, and with fast growth there will be kinks to work out. If you can stick it out they seem to really want to fix the issues but it definitely won't be overnight.
Cons
Lack of communication from senior staff, hostility between management and union that bleeds into the attitudes of the crew, a few unprofessional and negative co-workers whose actions effect the dedicated and positive crewmembers, no control over your schedule, expensive insurance with 50/50 split between employee and company, no seniority, ID travel benefits decreased this year, no benefits on travel in the US, hard work isn't recognized by corporate, squeaky wheel gets all the grease at this company
