Pros

Friendly working environment. No nonsense approach, very Scandinavian. A fast growing company with plenty of opportunities for promotion and career development.

Cons

As the company is growing and the balance of staffing vs number of operating aircrafts available is currently resulting in large number of stand by days in rosters. Flight allowances are paid a month in rears, which is making financial planning difficult.

It's not a big company, so it's easier To fly with the same colleague more than once, which is nice, it helps us to keep friends.

Cons

We fly a lot, sometimes with minimum rest. Not good specially because we work for the safety of the aircraft.

Fast interview process. They are very clear and friendly. Had an amazing experience.

Cons

Swim test was unnecessary in my point of view as this is the only airline I know so far that requires that.
