Pros

You can benefit from cheap flights for your leisure trips and all expenses paid for business trips. International company with many nationalities. Sport club and organized trips for employees. Canteen in Oslo headquarters, not in Spain. Free coffee. While I was there they remodeled the kitchen, which had been very basic.

Cons

I got mobbed, denounced it and the company did not do anything to stop it. At the end they fired me. There was no career development.
