Pros

Love the people, and everything we do. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Can't wait to meet more friendly faces. Great benefits, great hours (very flexible/accommodating). Management does not Micro Manage. The assign tasks to be completed and have confidence in their staff to complete the work in the time we are given.

Cons

In the past few months that I have worked here, the only thing I can see that the company may need to work on is making it easier to get the information needed to complete assignments in the time allotted.

I got this job through a matching program at my school, and I was kind of free to do what I want as long as it is related to DSP. I ended up not doing a lot due to lack of guidance.
