Pros

Management was supportive of team members roadblocks and needs. Worked closed with other disciplines within the team in an Agile framework which was interesting.

Cons

At the time there was alot of autonomy which is good but also expect to have some self initiative and work with your manager to get mentorship and or work with people from other programs to build your skills and confidence.

Pros

You may get a paycheck

Cons

Benefits are horrible, PTO is a joke 3 weeks is nothing, takes 8 years to get to 4 weeks of PTO. Let's talk about horrible health insurance, where you pay 80%-70% of the costs. NO PROMOTIONS! PROMO BUDGETS ARE NON-EXISTENT. Once you are hired, you have to leave to get ahead. You just can't stay too long. NG will take advantage of you no matter what.

Pros

There are some extremely intelligent people.

Cons

Some programs tend to spin their wheels without any direction. Pay can always be better. New hires command higher salaries rather than giving raises to current employees.
