Pros

You have access to the technology and top customers; it is a very known company; it is good to start working because you can learn and work in interesting projects and technologies. There is no much pressure and you can balance between the work and family.

Cons

The management doesn't care about the career evolution and are only concerned about the cost reduction. They are more focus on moving the product's development and sub-contract resources in low cost locations such India. If you are a good technician, you don't have any possibility to access higher positions, unless you become a manager. Majority of the management islocated in Finland, Germany and UK. If you are located in other locations, you have less changes to evolve.
