good 401k matching, vacation, fringe benefits. some really good people that do most of the work.

Cons

Not enough differentiation between good and poor employees. Middle managers are often 'dilbert principle' types. decision are often more cya than trying to win.

Pros

The international teams are the best reasons to work for Nokia. They are the ones with the most budget, thus power, to work on innovative and exciting products and programs.

Cons

The U.S. leadership team is weak; The CMO, Craig Coffey, is not honest and open enough about the changes in the organization. There have been many layoffs and the re-organization of employees was handled due to their popularity with the leadership team vs. their work performance or competencies.
