Great people, great values, and excellent work life balance. It's a great company with great history of innovations and creativity. Nokia has extremely good design team combined with experts in hardware and software.

Cons

Employee has very little influence on company's strategy. Directions seemed to be dictated by non-engineers. Too frequent technology changes.

*flexible working time, as a student, you could discuss the working hours with your supervisor. *good working environment, free coffee, free fruit, and the good food in the canteen with acceptable price

Cons

*salary not the highest but acceptable, the job is not that challenging. Personally, this job is not my field of study.
