Good work life balance, work pressure is less. Some of the perks given are good, but these are fast vanishing with time.

Cons

No job security. You are forced to look for a new team to keep your job every 6 months. You will go nowhere in your career. Too slow to react to changes. Many people doing the same thing without knowledge of what is happening in the other parts of the organistation.

Not many companies in San diego which are in wireless industry field. and Part of the reason that i worked is no other option

very structured. Not much room to grow and very big. It takes lot of time to get the decision making

All the negatives of a non-us based company. Hard to deal with counterparts at Finland.
