- Poor management at the "scrum" team level. - Cooperation in the team was terrible, almost no knowledge sharing. - ITO of initial inboarding: there was none. - Agile was non-existant, scrum master clearly had no technical or agile knowledge. - Generally a conservative culture. Team members openly shared bigoted views in the office.
