- great people around you, most of them work for Nokia 10+ years and are very experienced - remote work is acceptable and widespread - flexible working hours

Cons

- bad compensation compared to market average - management is not responsible for it's decisions, always makes employees to take blame - your line manager has no power at all - bad stance regarding new technologies - big corporation - overtime is often necessary to deliver features
